budding star is a modelling and casting agency with a difference. We nurture, harness and encourage the interests and talents of our precious buds and allow them to blossom, bloom and to develop into the little stars they are destined to be. budding star is run by Nickie Scriven.
Nickie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Performance Studies as well as a Masters of Marketing. Nickie has worked in senior marketing and advertising roles within some of Australia’s largest corporate organisations, including News Limited, and most recently heading up the Advertising and Media Strategy for NAB. Nickie has extensive relationships within television networks, advertising agencies, newspaper and magazine publishers, radio networks as well as with many of the major retailers who use children regularly in their advertising. |

Nickie is no stranger to the modelling and acting industry having grown up singing, dancing and acting as well as modelling for sports brands and sponsors. Nickie has previously run an Athlete Marketing, Modelling and Management company securing modelling and casting opportunities to both elite and up and coming athletes.
